The Unexpected Delight: Picture this - a serene garden tucked away in the heart of the hotel, just like a hidden oasis amidst the bustling city. As I lounged by the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, I couldn't help but marvel at the tranquility. It felt like being transported to a tropical paradise, right in the midst of Tashkent's hustle and bustle. Absolute bliss!
Communication Problems: A minor letdown in an otherwise pleasant stay was the lack of seamless communication among the staff.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, and the helpfulness of the friendly staff. We also appreciated the good quality food served in the restaurant and the relaxing pool area with sunbeds. The fact that taxis were available at any time helped us to explore the city, which was not too far away from the hotel.
We found the location of the hotel a bit inconvenient as it was a bit far from the main touristic attractions and the subway. , we were disappointed to discover that the spa was not included in the hotel price, and that we had to pay extra for it.
